Common questions
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Your order number is in your confirmation email, usually in the subject line. It starts with a # symbol. If you cannot find it, email us at support@himalume.com and we will locate it for you.
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If it has not moved in 5 or more business days, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Please contact us immediately at support@himalume.com with your order number and the correct address.
We are so sorry to hear this. All orders are insured. Please email support@himalume.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
If your tracking shows no movement and the carrier confirms it is lost, contact us immediately. We will file a claim and send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
