Himalume operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products, and services made available through it (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Because Himalayan salt is a natural material, individual products may vary in shape, size, color, tone, veining, texture, and other natural characteristics. These variations are part of the nature of the product and are not necessarily defects.
Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting conditions, and display settings.
We may modify product descriptions, availability, specifications, packaging, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary.
Product specifications published on our website apply to the product configuration offered by Himalume at the time of purchase.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Himalume.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
• payment problems;
• incorrect pricing or product information;
• suspected fraud or misuse;
• inventory limitations; or
• shipping restrictions.
An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and confirmed by Himalume.
Please review your order information carefully before submitting it.
Retail purchases are generally intended for personal or household use.
Authorized wholesale, bulk, private-label, distributor, reseller, or other commercial purchases may be permitted and may be governed by separate terms agreed between Himalume and the commercial customer.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy available on our website.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your store or market unless otherwise stated.
Product prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed and accepted at checkout at the time the order is placed.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be calculated separately where required.
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may have additional conditions and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Himalume currently ships retail orders to customers in the United States.
Eligible U.S. orders of $65 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard delivery is typically estimated at 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, customs where applicable, or circumstances outside Himalume’s reasonable control.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility, product-condition requirements, damaged or incorrect orders, refund processing, and other return conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Himalume does not currently provide a separate formal product warranty beyond rights that may apply under applicable consumer-protection law and our stated return/support policies.
SECTION 7 — ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS AND RESPONSIBLE USE
Certain Himalume products contain electrical components.
Customers should use electrical products only as instructed and with compatible electrical outlets and components.
Do not use damaged cords, sockets, plugs, bulbs, or other electrical parts.
Salt lamps should be placed on a stable surface and kept away from excessive moisture and unsafe locations.
Keep the salt crystal and electrical components away from unsupervised young children and pets, and do not allow pets to lick or consume the salt.
Product-specific electrical specifications shown on the relevant product page should be followed when replacing bulbs or electrical components.
SECTION 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Himalume name, branding, logos, website design, photographs, graphics, text, videos, product presentation, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Himalume.
You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, republish, or otherwise use protected Himalume content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Shopify and other third-party names, logos, trademarks, and services remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment processors, applications, shipping providers, review platforms, or other services.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or independent actions of third-party services.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Himalume is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Himalume.
Shopify is not the seller of Himalume products and is not responsible for the products purchased from Himalume or for resolving transactions between Himalume and its customers, except to the extent Shopify separately provides services directly to you.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify and uses third-party service providers, information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and support other legitimate business functions.

Himalume does not guarantee that every submitted review or piece of content will be published.

Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical errors, omissions, technical errors, or inaccuracies involving product information, availability, pricing, shipping, or other content.

SECTION 16 — NO UNAUTHORIZED HEALTH CLAIMS
Himalume salt lamps are sold primarily as natural decorative lighting products.
Unless specifically and lawfully stated otherwise, Himalume does not represent its salt lamps as medical devices or as products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Product descriptions relating to glow, ambience, atmosphere, appearance, or decorative use should not be interpreted as medical advice or guaranteed health outcomes.
SECTION 17 — DISCLAIMER
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website are provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, statutory warranties, guarantees, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Natural variations in Himalayan salt products, including differences in shape, tone, texture, and veining, are inherent characteristics of the material.
SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Himalume will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Services or products where such liability may lawfully be limited.

If Himalume does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.
