Himalume currently ships retail orders to addresses in the United States.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $65 USD or more.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is typically 4–6 business days. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment as quickly as reasonably possible. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Himalume as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Himalume Support with your order information and clear photographs so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Natural Product Variation

Himalayan salt products are made from natural material. Differences in shape, color, texture, veining, and appearance are normal and are not considered shipping damage.
