What is the minimum wholesale order?
Minimums vary by product, format, packaging and order scope. We confirm the applicable minimum during your application or quotation.
Can I mix different lamp styles and sizes in one order?
Mixing styles or sizes depends on the approved order structure. Tell us what assortment you need and we will confirm what is available for your quotation.
Are wholesale samples available?
Sample availability can be discussed before a bulk order. Contact us with the product you want to review, or include it when you complete your wholesale application.
Can packaging be customised?
Custom label and custom box options are available for qualifying orders. Artwork is approved by you before anything goes into production.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Salt is heavy, so freight depends on weight, destination and whether you want parcel, freight or pallet delivery. Your written quotation shows the shipping cost for your specific order rather than an estimate.
How are freight and taxes handled?
Freight and applicable taxes are confirmed in your quotation before you approve the order.
How much variation should I expect between lamps?
Every lamp is cut from natural salt and hand-finished, so colour, veining and shape vary between pieces. Weight and height are supplied as approximate ranges rather than exact figures.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Email us photographs of the packaging and the damaged items as soon as you unpack the shipment and we will sort out a replacement or credit. Keep the outer carton until the claim is closed.
Can I resell on Amazon or other marketplaces?
Tell us in your application which marketplaces you sell on. We will confirm in writing what is permitted for your account before you list anything.
